One of the worst hotel and rooms are available I never experince this type of service issue and even cellinibg fan also not working. rudily behave staff no guidence or no response..totally waste of money

One of the worst management & Staff Don't Book Anyone

Spacious rooms. Good food with bar options. Service needs to improve. Specifically after the increased price. For 2200, someone definitely would expect better service. TV doesn't have any active channels. No added breakfast.

Located way outsideee the city limits,. Rooms are clean and neat, but the receptionist was not so cooperative in the beginning as we checked in early at 6 am. Hot water is available and rest is ok as of now. Will post an update accordingly.

Has good rooms. Not recommended for families.. bar too crowded with less staff. Only drinks arrive fast and orders take thier sweet time. AC hall bar has no cooling. Just mild cooling and ppl talk loudly since all fans are making noise. Not a 3 star hotel. Staff not that friendly

Very poor service. Below are the things we faced! 1.even if we book properly, they wont allot rooms according to the booking. 2.worst food 3.rooms are totally not clean. Especially, the bedsheets and pillows are in very worst condition 4.no proper bathroom facilities. Many knobs were broken. Taps were in bad condition. 5.Not a proper place for family.

Neat n clean as well as good staff. Need relax with your friends, family n beloved ones then the best for enjoyment. Little expensive and out of the Kalaburgi city is back point but towards airport is the main happiness.
