Red Earth, Gokarna

Everyone has their preference, but if you want total peace, calm, views and close to nature exp, this is the best, I have completely enjoyed the place, the food was also good, home like and yum. The place is very secluded so no signal, which is again good, they do have WiFi, the beach is beautiful, on the day 1 it was completely clean and neat, the few local who might visit and fishing boats faraway do dump a lot of plastic which is just sad. I hope this place stays secluded and out of reach so less people can dump it. The management is awesome as well, I'll definitely visit this again and recommend to all.

During our stay, Red Earth extended top-notch hospitality. Sh Mansur GM of Red Earth Group and Sh Bharani Opretions Manager at Red Earth made our stay memorable. Firstly Red Earth upgraded our Room. They arrange candlelight dinner for us in front of sea. The breakfast was also arranged in open air with full view of morning sea. The Honey Beach beside Red Earth is a seluded & pristine. Overall a memorable stay.

We stayed in this beautiful tucked away property for 3 nights. Cottages are quite specious, clean. Surrounding is serene with fine touch of nature. Property management staff are amazingly cooperative and humble. Service staff are also great. The attached rocky beach and honey beach are astounding. Sunset experience was calm and peaceful in private zone. Hospitality was top notch and food was delicious. Overall experience was amazing and commendable. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Located on a remote rock beach, this place offers complete serenity with no mobile network just peace, quiet, and reliance on WiFi when needed. The place is truly an amazing getaway spot. With the two beaches, the honey becah and the rock beach, its a comforting spot that offers many beautiful sights. The staff are very polite and their service is absoloutely perfect. The sunrise trek and the night trail are both a must if you like to explore and learn new things. The food was hearty and the variety is great. Red Earth is definetly a spot to be visited again!

Booked one day stay at Red Earth Gokarna after seeing amazing pictures of the property. But our experience was really disappointing. We checked in our room late night and the first thing that spoilt our mood was bathroom shower knob that fell apart while taking shower. The room was shabby with old switch boards that was missing basic parts like fan regulator. We immediately informed this to reception and they changed our room. I was disappointed because I am pretty sure they were aware of these issues and still gave us the room. The next room that was given to us was okayish at first but then we were shocked to see huge cockroaches in the bathroom. We were too tired to ask for another room at this point and decided to call it night that day. We booked dinner buffet at the hotel itslef and food was okay. No complaints there. Next morning breakfast was good with good variety of food except fresh fruits. We booked massage for me and my wife which was again a disappointment for me. There is no male masseur available at the property. Hence no option to avail full body massage for male which I was very much looking forward to. On the other hand the female masseuse was really good. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the massage and she rated her services 11/10. I just took back massage and upon my request she gave me leg massage free of cost which I really appreciate for. For women, I would definitely recommend to get a full body massage here based on my wifes experience. Coming to the view of the property, its amazing. The hotel is based right on the cliff and there is a beautiful secluded beach just 2 minutes away from the property which was a bliss. Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone because of the rooms at this property is not up to the mark and lacks maintenance. We spend almost 10k for one day and we expected rooms to be atleast cockroach free. NOTE: We were not allowed to fly our drone in the property. But we did it from the beach and shots were amazing.

Nice rooms, fantastic location and a great staff! Bharani and Mansoor were very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. Just 15 mins to Gokarna with the bridge which does not show up on google maps. The resort staff will provide exact directions on how to get to Gokarna.||As Mansoor and Bharani are naturalists, they told us a lot about and showed us different birds, plankton and the nature surrounding the resort. So in other words a good place for birding, nature trekking, too.||Overall, the staff made our stay very comfortable and we had a great time.
