The stay is good and affordable. The host oliver is the sweetest person you will ever meet. Overall it was a great experience. Also to mention about the boat ride the best time is for the sunset timing.

I recently stayed at One Trinity Villa in Honnavar, Mangalore and it was very disappointing. The location is beautiful, but the rooms were expensive, costing almost 3000 per night and didn't have air conditioning. The humidity in Mangalore is very high, making it hard to sleep without proper cooling in any of the rooms. The fans in the rooms were ineffective and barely worked. When we asked for a spare fan, the one provided was noisy and didn't help. We couldn't sleep at all due to the lack of air circulation. Despite reaching the villa by 10 pm and checking out early in the morning for a boat ride, the amount charged for less than 12 hours was too high, especially without proper facilities. Places like this need either air conditioning or good fans to make sure guests can sleep well. After a long day, everyone wants a peaceful night's sleep, but One Trinity Villa didn't provide that. I never suggest anyone to stay at this place. If you don't want to sleep and just want to sit outside, you might consider it. In conclusion, while One Trinity Villa boasts a beautiful location, the poor cooling options and high charges significantly detract from the overall experience. Despite the high costs, the lack of air conditioning makes it difficult for guests to enjoy their stay. The owner could improve the facility by adding proper cooling options, which would justify the charges and enhance guest satisfaction

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The host was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was peaceful..It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others

This past weekend we were at this property and I must say the food was quite good - we enjoyed it. However, it was drastically overpriced, and the costs for "unlimited" meals and similar items were never disclosed in the beginning. These points were only brought up during the payment which in our opinion was unprofessional. In addition, when we tried to discuss or bargain, we were not pleased with the owner attitude and how they communicated. If pricing was made clear and customers were more engaged, the experiences would be much better

It was too good, and the owner was also a too kind over there, I suggest you to stay over there when you visit Honnavar. Even they also have boating package with best price... The stay is also near to sharavthi back water boating...
