Horrible experience. Large unmaintained property. Unclean rooms Red Stained towels,quilts and sheets Fungus ridden walls and ceiling Leaking roofs in rooms with false ceilings No power backup was there the night through ,Dispite having generator saying diesel is over Unclean algae ridden green swimming pool. No water pressure in bathroom taps.not even enough pressure for the gyser in the bathroom to work properly. They say use bath room of the other room . Lol Plus very high charge for rooms with all this problem

Had been to this place to book a smaller party hall for our baby's first birthday. The hall is perfect in size for a medium gathering of an intimate party. However, it lacks Air Conditioning which is a major minus if the party is planned in peak summer just like we did in the month of March - April. Food Hall is spacious but very well maintained. The overall ambience of the location is really bad without proper maintenance as weeds have grown here and there and the grass is unevenly distributed and shows lack of proper maintenance. The Price quoted for the hall is sky high which is totally not worth the hall being a non A/C one and catering not made in house. The manager had some contacts with the caterers, however I personally felt him being greedy charging atleast 40% more than the function's intrinsic value. I found a better price with a much beautiful hall with inhouse catering and A/C facility with well maintained and colourful interior for way cheaper price and in a prime location within the city which all is lacked by this location altogether. Overall I would say, the greed for money must come down and the management must more be customer focused and marketing oriented to capture customer's heart and be pretty more responsive and responsible to gain business wisely. I say this because - the manager was not very responsive after we left the property while he promised to call back on time and then we had to do multiple followups to gain the insights.

We went to this place on 13th Aug, 23 with 15 members ( five families ) unhygienic place to stay. Cleanliness is ZERO. Looks like old property but not maintained. The manager in charge is not bothered or worried about customers complaints. We somehow stayed there for less than one day because it was almost 4 pm and we checked out next day at 10.00 am. Our kids were disappointed and were forcing us to check out. Even the swimming pool was kept dirty. We did not allow our kids to play in water. They charged Rs 50 for one coffee in the evening, which we will get at Rs 5 at road side. Overall it was a waste of money and time for all of us. |

Lack of maintenance in property created so many problems.The rooms are spacious but sudden rain forced us to keep on change the room due to leakage. Only few activities like Swimming pool and indoor games (no sports items, u have to carry) are ok to enjoy. The only reasonable part is the food quantity , quality and rate but that happiness will be spoiled with adjusted service (lack of staff). In room ,fridge ,kettle are their but not working. In total NOT ADVISABLE PLACE

They are cons.. We were a group of families, around 24 - 28 people, excluding kids. ||They charged Rs 3000 per head from us, for services that were not given. ||it is not a resort. It is as best a set of pathetic rooms with a dirty swimming pool. There is no cricket ground, pond is super filthy and dirty. Rooms were smelling of sweat. ||They had put 4 people in one room and were charging 12K for one night for such bad condition of living...||There was no electricity, hair in the bath room, non functional TV, cob webs all over, jute dust in the dining room. ||We had to call the service people for all small things. This included mopping the floor., to get soap. ..The flow of the water was bad in the bathroom. ||The service people are untrained, gundas and have no idea what customer experience mean. Clarks inn is in the process of partnering with them, I sincerely hope they do not ruin their brand reputation too. They have put their name on the board. ||I had to personally change 2 rooms to make sure the basic infra is there. Then I requested for other things. It took me around 4 hours to settle in!!||When we asked for compensation they locked the door from outside to make sure that we dont leave without paying the full amount. Though it wasn't our intention to do so. We had to almost call the police for them to realize what act they were doing ||I will recommend no one to ever go to the resort in the condition that they are in and till the time they don't train the hooligans they have employed

IFF quality family time is on top of your agenda, then this place can provide you a lot of that. The property is big and spacious, with a decently big indoor badminton court, pool table, board games, swimming pool and a small lake. There are so many small activities that you can do together as a family that time simply flies. The staff is courteous and helpful in getting you along. Early morning and evening walks in the property can introduce you to a lot of beautiful small birds. They even arrange for a boat ride in the lake; or a pool or lake side party if you want. ||The super deluxe rooms are decently big. However, the resort can do much better with a makeover. There are minor issues almost everywhere but iff luxury is not a top priority for you, these can be taken in a stride.

Poor service, Not at all maintained, charges r to high on food. Food quality is worst, Management they don't know how to behive with customer. Service is to late if we order u will get after 30mints to 40mints.||Worst experience in life.

It's PATHETIC. SERVICE BAD, HYGIENE WORST, IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT. This resort does not have anything that they show or promise you not even basic amenities are proper. I am sure after this negative comment there will be a set of dumb jokers who will have one word good reviews to mislead people. Everybody out there you have other options even if this is the last place on the planet. Try HELL and you will feel it has more potential than this crap resort. . please go through all the negative reviews and you would see the same thing being repeated to all customers. Over to the jokers for one liners. Any more positive reviews and you just proved my point to others.
