Horrible Experience - Do Not Book This Hotel! I had booked 2 rooms for 2 days well in advance (2-3 weeks ago) and even paid an advance amount. On the day of check-in, we messaged the owner on WhatsApp asking for the location, but got no response. When we finally called, they falsely claimed that we had informed them we were not coming, which was a complete lie. We asked them to share a screenshot of the call details, and they changed their excuse, saying there was an electricity problem and asked us to look for other rooms. When we insisted on checking the property ourselves, they gave yet another excuse, saying there was an overbooking done by their own mistake. When we reached the hotel, there was no staff present, and the owner did not answer our calls multiple times. When he finally did, he spoke rudely and disrespectfully. When we said we would call the police, he arrogantly replied that we can't do anything since we are from Maharashtra. This was a shocking and terrible experience that completely ruined our trip. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place - extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful.

However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that they had no record of my booking. Despite multiple calls, the staff was nowhere to be found at the property, and I had to chase them just to get someone on the phone. The owner was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made no effort to resolve the situation or even apologize. His behavior was particularly unacceptable and disrespectful, especially towards female guests - completely lacking in basic decency or hospitality. It was like dealing with a local rowdy, not a hotel manager. This experience completely ruined my trip. Please don't be misled by positive reviews like I was. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place.

Our stay was quite average. After reading numerous reviews, we decided to visit, but it turned out to be just an ordinary experience. The overall ambiance was okay, but we faced issues with hot water availability. Additionally, the setup felt more suitable for a group of friends rather than being family-friendly.

This is a PLACE TO AVOID. Part of reviews appear to be fake. Location of the property is good. Rooms are below average and service is poor. Food quality is also poor. Attitude of staff is not so good. For example, we ordered fish thali, quantity of gravy was too little. When asked for more, they told that i will have to wait. I asked can you eat the rice with this little gravy, staff smiled. Loud music was being played at 11 pm just outside my room. When I asked to turn it off he said, some customers are demanding. One can guess what kind of customers these are. Volume was turned little down but music was not turned off.

Worst Experience The Owner behaviour was like a local Rowdy he doesn't have Sense about to behave with a girl he comes and switch off the main power supply while we are at the room totally money minded doesn't have basic sense and coming to rooms won't clean properly i stayed for one week at least one time he doesn't send anyone to clean the room useless the reviews are the owner used to tell us to give five star ratings with having one star facility

Rooms are not clean and service is worst. Not recommend to family. Caretaker was on drunk mode all day. No ventilation to room. Don't go after seeing positive reviews, I do the same.

I recently stayed at Aisiri comforts beach stay, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The property itself was beautifully maintained, surrounded by stunning natural views that provided a peaceful and relaxing escape.
