Green Valley Resort

This resort has lost it, I have visited this place several times before but now it is completely opposite. Zero maintenance, Not a recommendable for at all. Rest rooms are not cleaned with muddy water in the restrooms. Food is the worst part, they serve dinner at breakfast at 10 am they don't care at what time the people will have, they follow their own sweet time. Entire 8 of us had a stomach upset after having breakfast. Same 30 year old beds with a lot a bed bugs which are free to carry hone. Worst service no good hospitality at all. The staff person Dondiba shows all the attitude in such a way that we are there for free. They charge additional for Camp fire which is not notified to us at the time of booking. Dirtiest swimming pool water. No network at all apart from jio. Recomend to carry your own towels and blankets as don't expect a cleaned towel or blanket. At last, I would highly recommend you to avoid this place. I would have given negative stars if I had an option.

Nice place to spend time. No pollution and traffic sounds. Need to maintain primises clean.

Rooms are not maintained. Swimming fool is looking like it is not cleaned from year. Food quality is ok ok. Overall not recommended for family.

Did not use rooms, the location is good, did not get airtel signal. Had a volleyball court, cricket pitch and swimming pool. It's a good one for one day outing.

Green Valley Resort is completely surrounded with nature. It cost us 2,000 per head for 16 people excluding additional food requests. The stay includes lunch, dinner, and the next day morning breakfast. For the additional food requests which included a couple of French fries, peanut masala, kebab, Gobi manchurian only cost us around 3,000. Club activities include swimming, disco+speaker set up for dancing, football, Volley ball, throwball, cricket, snooker, and a carrom board. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anytime of the day, they're ready to help and provide facilities. Monkeys and dogs freely roam around in the resort. They're not aggressive or violent. Especially the monkeys. Even a peacock was spotted in the nearby forest area. The roads are narrow though. One way for cars. There is decent parking space as well. The food quantity and taste was amazing. They had a decent amount of varieties as well.

The lack of nearby amenities or attractions made it difficult to explore the surrounding area. Upon arrival, we were greeted with dilapidated cabins that seemed to have seen better days. The rooms were unkempt, with stains on the bedding and a musty odor permeating the air. The lack of cleanliness was concerning, to say the least. Basic amenities were either missing or in poor condition, making our stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. **Hygiene:** Hygiene standards at the resort were shockingly low. The bathrooms were filthy, with mold and grime covering the walls and fixtures. The towels provided were threadbare and appeared unwashed. It was evident that proper cleaning protocols were not being followed, putting guests at risk of exposure to harmful bacteria and germs. **Dining Experience:** The dining options at the resort were limited, and the quality of food left much to be desired. Meals were served in a dingy dining hall, and the lack of hygiene in the kitchen was concerning. Several guests reported falling ill after consuming food from the resort's restaurant, highlighting serious health and safety concerns. **Amenities and Activities:** The resort advertised a range of amenities and activities, but most were either unavailable or in poor condition. The pool was murky and uninviting, while the recreational facilities were outdated and in need of maintenance. With little to do on-site, guests were left feeling bored and disappointed. **Service:** Customer service at the resort was virtually non-existent. Staff members were indifferent to guest complaints and seemed more interested in going through the motions than ensuring guest satisfaction. Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, further adding to the frustration of our stay. **Overall Impression:** In conclusion, my experience at the green valley was nothing short of disappointing. From the remote location to the lack of hygiene and subpar amenities, every aspect of the resort fell short of expectations. I would strongly advise against staying at this resort unless significant improvements are made to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of guests.

A resort that probably once baked in its glory now absolutely unkept with zero maintenance. The cottages need an absolute makeover to regain it's lost fame. Rooms had cockroaches, ants and lizards in plenty. Not a comfortable environment to relax for many.
