I would highly recommend this stay with family or friends. Felt like home. Each and every staff are very helpful. Special thanks to KESAR for taking care of everything. Travelling with twins is difficult but the stay was very smooth. They have wonderful chefs buffet breakfast was too good. I would rate 5 out of 5.

A very good stay. Rooms are spacious, mine was with a balcony facing east thus enabling a fresh sunny morning. Dining experience was great, with good variety of items as per ones choice, health conscious or palate satiating binge eating. Staff was courteous oblizing small requests of guests with grace. Overall a very good hotel compared to peers. Last thing and most important the remoteness of the hotel is compensated many positives in terms of comfort and dining experience. Further, due to remotene location you have a serene view of the pristine Hill-if you prefer to stay in the east facing room.

Feedback: We had dinner with family and were pleased with the excellent service--staff was very polite and attentive. The food was mostly delicious, but one pasta dish had a horrible smell. The chef explained and replaced it, but even the second serving had the same rotten smell, which was quite disappointing. The restaurant's overall ambience is decent but not at a star level. However, the reception area has a very nice ambience.
