OCEAN NEST BEACH HOME

The rooms were good but on the last night I had to encounter 3 large cockroaches which is a no no for me. Other than that my daughter loves the ocean, the pets, the gazebo, the occasional visit of the peacocks on the roof / sitout of our cottage. Food was slightly over spiced with masalas but chilli chicken , prawn curry, anjal tawa fry and rasam was good. The employees are friendly and respectful and hardworking. We tried to maintain peace and calm to enjoy the ocean at night. It was slightly bothered by a really loud and noisy crowd on the third day of our stay...

Very Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended We were a group of 16 couples who had booked this resort well in advance and even paid an advance amount to confirm our stay. Unfortunately, we got delayed on the way, but despite informing them, the owner gave our rooms away to other guests. We were left stranded late at night, exhausted, with ladies and kids -- and no place to stay. After repeatedly requesting and arguing, they finally arranged some rooms after midnight. This was a terrible experience, especially considering we had already paid and made prior arrangements. Very poor hospitality and completely unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't get fooled by the pictures or promises. Think twice before booking here.

I had a wonderful beach stay overall. The breakfast was delicious, and the service provided was excellent. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. However, the paid food service didn't quite meet expectations. Aside from that, everything else was up to the mark. Would definitely recommend for the overall experience!

After searching many properties, we found this gateway in front of the beach, good and affordable in that belt of properties. The staff are very friendly before asking they get you table and chairs next to the beach and have your party, food will be served to the table, in house mess good tasty food are serviced. Location of property is very good right next to the beach. But booking and management of property is pathetic. It took more than an hour to check in as you have to prove i that you have paid and booked as they don't have any inventory of guests check in. U get a SMS with booking reference but there are no room numbers. There no proper responsible person at the home stay. You have to deal with owner over phone who never understands how booking works, need to keep repeating multiple times, extremely arrogant and says you need not come next time. Over priced for the facilities provided. Bed linen are full of stains. Towels are not useable. Restaurant is open for a short time and everything is prepared on order.

The stay is located near the beach, and the only good thing about it is its proximity to the beach. Everything else is pathetic. The owner, Mr. Shetty, doesn't stand by his word. He is very arrogant and doesn't know how to treat guests. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us. After waiting for 30 minutes, the owner told us that there was no room available and asked us to settle in a small storage room with just one bed. He assured us that he would arrange a room soon. We waited until 8 pm, and we were almost about to leave when he finally allocated a room. We felt like we were begging for it. Do not plan to visit here with your family. If that's the case, be prepared to stay on the streets until he allocates a room. I have never had such an experience in my life during a vacation.

Scam alert !! DON'T BOOK ROOMS HERE. we were a group of 16 with two toddlers, we had booked the rooms well in advance and when we reached the place we were surprised to see the resort was occupied with other guests, owner was trying to accomodate us in other places near by splitting the group, this drama went on till 12 AM. No in house kitchen owner is so arrogant that he doesn't even arrange for the food and suggests guests to have it from nearby restaurants. Owner Mr. Shetty is so greedy, who accepts multiple bookings without proper facilities, his greed left us stranded in the middle of night. PLEASE DON'T FALL IN THIS TRAP, BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Amazing location in front of a clean beach. Good people who run the property. Particularly owner Mr shetty and caretaker Arjun (puts his best efforts). Great food at the kitchen run by Sridhar and his wife. Child friendly place with multiple pets around. Had fun being there.
