**Terrible Hotel Experience - No Basic Amenities! ** I had an absolutely awful stay at this hotel. It's shocking how they don't even provide the most basic necessities. **No drinking water** in the room--really? Even budget hostels offer that! To make things worse, **there's no kitchen** or any way to prepare even a simple meal. And forget about **tea or breakfast**--they don't provide anything! For the price I paid, I expected at least minimal hospitality. The stay was uncomfortable, and the lack of basic amenities made it feel like a complete waste of money. **Never staying here again**, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else!

I wish i could give them less then one star. Horrible service and very unhygienic rooms really needs maintenance. It's just below average.Washroom exhaust not working.room fresher still unpleasant smell is there. Price on very higher side as comparing with the room condition, placement. Don't make any booking from them. Staff was not cooperative at all.plz don't visit this property. Total wastage of money.worst experience ever

I had an amazing staying experience with Nirvana. The Hygiene they maintain and service provided here is simply impressive. The staff here are very attentive and professional by nature. The Ambience is very friendly and welcoming to all the visitors. Great place to spent your vacation or holidays here.

This is a well maintained property with polite staff and a very beautiful front lawn. The owner and the manager were very helpful and we encountered no problem whatsoever.

Newly made property, a bit outside but worth it. Rooms are clean, parking space for vehicles are available. Best place to stay in Chatra.

One one the reputed hotel in the town. We can say only luxurious hotel of chtra city. Helping staff and nice location, ample of space for parking, Huge green grass lawn. Large size banquet hall. Very pleasant environment.

Best resort in chatra . Excellent rooms , good staffs etc. Only food arrangement is not here.
