The service was superb, and the hotel staff maintained excellent hygiene. Everything was on time, and even though I exceeded my check-out time, they handled it very smoothly. The room was cozy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ranchi.

1. Very very dirty rooms and infrastructure 2. Fake hotel pics in the internet. Actual hotel is way worse than the pic in the internet. 3.very very poor hygiene. 4.Rooms lights, fans not working. 5.staff very illiterate. 6.0 hotel management skills. 7. Bed cushion was damage and springs were outside the bed.

It's awesome to stay in this hotel. Hustle free check in. Staff behaviour is very good. The rooms are very big, the washroom and room are both clean and hygienic. AC and TV working fine. You will get a complementary breakfast along with your hotel booking. But it's my humble request to kindly keep more options to have for breakfast. Poha and Idli are good and healthy food but for everyday I can't eat. Food quality is also very good. In a word it's lovely.

This hotel was terrible. No bathroom cutlery provided. Rooms are too smelly. Fall sealing is in very poor condition. There is restaurant in open hall. Feels weird.

Never ever book this hotel.. 1.loose fittings of bathroom.. 2.no toiletries provided 3. Electric kettle non functional 4. Non functional AC - dripping water 5. Non functional intercom and TV Waste of money.. 6.they over charging even because of technical issues from there booking site.. 7. No quick response from the hotel for any issue. 8. Behavior of staff also not upto mark. I would say don't book this

Stayed here for 3 nights. One of the best hotel in Ranchi in budget category. The staffs are friendly, hotel room is neat, clean and spacious. Breakfast is awesome.
