Treebo Archie Regency

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no geyser, so hot water was not available even in the morning. Basic services were completely missing--no room cleaning, no staff support, and no proper amenities. Despite this, the charges were very high and absolutely not worth it. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

1. Extremely poor and unhygienic room. 2. Dirty bedsheets, non washed towel. 3. Toooo much cockroach 4. Full of spider webs 5. Unhygienic washroom 6. No Cable Connection for entertainment/ news. 7. No dental kit was provideded, no soap, empty bottel of handwash. 8. Breakfast was very late even by 8:20am breakfast was not ready. Had to leave without having breakfast.

Pros - 1) Excellent location of the Hotel. Just 5 minutes walking distance from Railway Station. Hotel located on the main road. 2) Hotel Staff are extremely Cordial & helpful. I wanted to change my Room. They changed the Room without hesitation. 3) Foods are Good and Cost- effective. 4) Overall, the Hotel is clean and maintained hygiene. Cons - 1) It seems the hotel is a bit Old and needs renovation. Also, Rooms needed renovation. 2) Don't have much of an assortment in the Buffet Breakfast.

Walking distance from Railway Station and adjoining Yoganand Ashram compound makes this Treebo endorsed hotel nice place to stay. Staff are well equipped to maintain property. Cleaning is timely and regularly undertaken. Fully functional restaurant has separate set of staff. Rooms are large, with furniture and amenities.

Had an awesome experience staying here. The location is 500m from Ranchi Junction. It's on the main road so, you don't have to be inside any confusing lanes. The food quality is also awesome and the best part of it is the staff. They are friendly, courteous and respectful and take care of your problems in a matter of seconds. For my late check-out they gave me extra time also. They keep your room clean everyday with clean bedsheets, towels and everything. Visit Ranchi, stay here without any worries.

Very near to Ranchi railway station. Rooms are very old and not maintained. Washroom & room is very dark and lights are very low. No direct sunlight in the room. Breakfast is OK, but not with much variety.

The location of the Hotel is great.. just walkable distance from railway station and city centre market, quite a few eateries also available nearby.. The rooms were not maintained properly and it looked dull to me could have maintained properly.. (Maybe the only room I was in was dull). The bathrooms are spacious with Treebo amenities which are water mixed.. The bed was comfortable and the stay was nice but could have been better.. The breakfast spread was good, with fresh food and some delicious dishes like idli chutney, sandwiches, upma, chole bhature and all.. Safety is not an issue as they have security personnel at every shift... The food is great and the service was top notch serving hot food in room with full occupancy level.. Overall the stay was nice but yes could have been better only with the room

Good hotel but needs a little makeover. Rooms are spacious but needs a little bit of upliftment. There were stains all around the walls. Also spotted few cockroaches in rooms.Linen were not at its best. Washroom was not at its best condition. Plus wifi was not functional in first floor which they could not fix in entire day. Breakfast is satisfactory. But staff behaviour is unprofessional . They start calling vehemently for check out even before official check out time. It feels like they are driving their guests out. I felt this kind of behaviour very annoying and unwelcoming.
