The Cennet Ranchi

If you are travelling alone and planning for a night or day stay, this hotel us ok in budget. But not comfortable for family. Very near to railway station. Breakfast is worst. They would serve 2-3 items. Better have breakfast outside in thela or a south indian hotel.

Location is great but service has degraded. Have stayed here on official tours couple of times before so chose this hotel when we came for a family holiday to Ranchi. But rooms were given on the top floor (5th), where we had to use staircase after the lift took us to max level of 4th floor. Faced great disturbance as the disco is just opposite the rooms and two party halls are there on the 4th floor, where very loud music was being played till 11pm. Difficult for family stay. Rooms were clean but flies and cockroaches were there. Were served stale food at dinner, overall restaurant service was too slow and poor. And very overpriced compared to the quality and quantity of the food. And on top of everything, reception/hotel staff came up with fitting excuses to all our complaints. Don't think I will stay here in future. Pretty disappointed, huge face loss to family people

Worst service i have seen ever.. They do not provide dental kit in rooms. After asking they say we dont have dental kits. And for towel they said there is no house kipping staff right now we will give you later.. Worst service

It was a very comfortable stay at Hotel The Cennet which was awesome, food quality, quantity both are good, service is awesome. The only suggestion is for Breakfast needs to be upgraded. Otherwise 5 into 5 rating. Make it continue....

Close to the station. Very small rooms, but clean. Extremely good food. One of the best foods in hotels in all of our trips in years. Breakfast, dinner. Everything is really good. Really good service too. Gave us 2 hours for room time for free. Got us cars for our trip from a good place. Definitely recommended.

Room was very small and smale not good ac for room number 201 also not good for meeting hall very bad experience this hotel

Thank you Sonu Kumar!! I've never seen an operational manager like him. He is a perfect illustration of a manager overseeing the complete program by themselves. I chose to have the event at the Cennet Hotel because of his behaviour and willingness to cooperate. And it was thanks to him that this program was successful. He met all of my requirements while I was in the program. I'm grateful.
