Neat and clean room, big and clean washroom with friedly staff makes our stay really wonderful. They provide homely foods and served with utmost care. You will never book THE CANDY SUITES (Ranchi) from Booking.com. Service is very very bad. The bath room system does not work. There is no lift. 2nd floor stairs to climb. These booking systems are not provided. You will not get any service comparable to room rent. per day room rent 2540/- Rs. I mean taking money by froud. Be careful not to advance booking payment.

Very horrible experience. The staff there was completely nonsense. Checked-in at midnight to catch morning flight. Informed about arrival well in advance. The guy there giving single bath kit for double occupancy. When asked for 2nd, he was like one towel, one soap can be used by two. The staff was very reluctant to work. Seems not interested in business. The breakfast is compliment. On arrival we have informed him to provide breakfast at 7am as we need to catch the flight. He didn't wake up till 7:30 and not even provided tea. Not seen such a worst place. Room is full of cigarette smell. Water is coming very slowly in bathroom. No AC remote. Totally very bad experience.

No comparison with others , this group is doing good and taking our loyalty. Will come again

Had a great stay! Staff behavior is professional. Food is very good. Overall Best. Room Rates are also reasonable. The hotel was clean and hygienic. Check in and check out time is 24 hours which is not available in other hotels.
