Very bad experience prices are there on there head they charge you extra if you are outsider and infront of you they charge somone another amount for similar room Food served was stale not properly cooked and manager and restaurant manager were arrogant and careless

If you want budget friendly restaurant and room for couple and family function near RIMS, Ranchi, I strongly recommend you guys this place.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Manage Hotel.|| The manager displayed shocking behavior by allowing his female staff to falsely accuse guests in exchange for money. ||Their staff is dishonest and deceitful, making staying there a risky endeavor. Furthermore, there are reports of theft, indicating a lack of security measures. ||I strongly advise against choosing this establishment, as it poses a threat to both your belongings and your dignity.||||In addition to the aforementioned issues, the cleanliness standards at Manage Hotel were subpar, with unhygienic conditions evident throughout the premises. ||The amenities promised were either non-existent or of poor quality.|| The staff members were unprofessional and unresponsive to guests' concerns, further exacerbating the already dismal experience. ||Overall, my stay at Manage Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, and I caution anyone considering staying there to seek alternative accommodations.||||the elevator was out of order, causing inconvenience and discomfort, especially for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The lack of a functioning lift demonstrates a disregard for guest safety and comfort, adding to the numerous shortcomings of this establishment.|| It is evident that the management of Manage Hotel fails to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their guests, making it an unsuitable choice for accommodation.

Very Arrogant Manager, Staff has no idea they Speak, they Speak so rudely to Hide their Fault Charge you of any fault which is already existing They give you threat of accusing any false Claim. They are the goon of the City They do racial Comments if you belongs to another state.

Had very bad experience in October 2017 in this hotel. Rooms are not maintained well, Windows won't shut properly and cupboards doors are coming out. Bathrooms are not spacious and are dirty. One of the walls in my bathroom has its tiles coming out so they pasted a newspaper on it. Tap water was so dirty that we had to use bottled water for cleaning ourselves. Bedsheets, towels and pillows are of very cheap quality and not maintained well. Only thing good was the food in hotel. Tea coffee were very good. Overall not recommended.

Visited restaurant yesterday for dinner. By looks of it, it was well maintained with proper hygiene. Environment there was also soothing and was good for a peaceful dinner. Services were also nice. The only downfall and the most significant for a restaurant was that the food was not properly cooked. It was probably rushed , so that was definitely not good. Never used the overnight staying services so can't comment on that.

Worst experience ever. I have resided in many hotels around the country, but never had experience like this. 1. Hotel staff and manager are rude in behaviour, didn't even bother about guests. 2. Lifts are not working properly. After 10pm they will create drama if u enter into the hotel. 3. They will always have some issue regarding your presence, which will lead u into inconvenience. 4.I will never recommend this 'kachra' hotel for staying to anyone. Better find some other good hotel. If anyone is coming to RIMS, and in compulsion they had to stay in hotel, never check-in into this hotel, the hotel management will only make u fool and nothing else. 5. They will force you to check out the room blaming that they had previous booking with the same room. "WORST HOTEL EVER SEEN."

Food was great and the employees of the hotel were very cordial. I stayed in the hotel during off season so, it was a good experience for me.
