Hotel Z3

The best place to stay at Ranchi near railway station. The rooms, restaurants and services are above excellent. Room service is always available with great response. Food is averagely priced and roof top restaurant having a nice ambiance too. Only demerit is the location which is temporary as the over bridge construction has been going on and the road is not so good, but it will be better with in few days/months (Roads are bad but can be reached to hotel from Station side without any issues) Nice and Pleasant Stay !!!?

We took a standard room including breakfast & lunch. *Rooms are very small though have all facilities but are very congested. *Breakfast have buffet but for lunch they don't have buffet they have thali system. Food is served only once but was sufficient. *At first they asked that "you want veg or non-veg" & later on served "veg thali" (No choice). Moreover no such options were available at the time of Booking. So veg thali is like Default. * No parking space at all. Below under constructed bridge your vehicle will be parked. * Kitchen staff & house keeping staff are good. Rooms were clean. Reception staff was ok-ok. But some one who looked like managing everything was quite arrogant & proud. *Rooms are not at all quiet. You can literally hear other people's talk as well as smoking smell.

This hotel is not suitable for family, firstly they charge too much and service is not good, morning the Geyser was not working, they said they will send bucketBath water, waited for one and half hourNothing turned up, and they say they are providing and charging for premium rooms, but make us do bucket bath and Don`t respond timely too, i paid|4000 per night, but was not satisfied, also some basic problems are there like rooms are small and costly, it maybe ok for those who want to halt for only a day and not with family, as too much noise at night, i stayed for 5 days with my elderly mom as it was difficult for me to change hotel, requested some discount out of courtesy sake but did not get any satisfactory response, also due to construction going on in that road, no taxis come easily and hot accessible to anything, I wouldn`t recommend it, I spoke to owner too but gotNo proper resolve. Also there are other Issues I faced like the phone to reception desk was not working properly and some of the staff are highly laid back. People smoke in the lift. There is no travel desk or any reference given by them when asked and no one to pick the bags, the staff are quite indifferent and not very hospitable. The owner is absent at the property and doesn't seem to look into these basic problems, though the hotel looks fancy, but many amenities are lacking for the price we pay. Not happy with many things||

The overall experience is Good, Due to bridge construction entry for the hotel is little massy but I hope it will resolve in 2-3 months. Room space can be improved but overall it is a nice and pleasant stay with family and friends .

The stay was amazing especially the restaurant staff with their etiquettes made me feel comfortable to approach them for any help. The room were hygiene to the par I would strongly recommends any one willing to book a stay in Ranchi in this hotel not so costly and value for the money paid.
