Hotel Stayvilla Prime

I had a fantastic stay at Stay villa prime! The staff's hospitality was outstanding, but what truly made my experience special was the hotel manager, Pooja. She was exceptionally professional, kind, and always ensured that guests felt comfortable and well cared for. Her warm and welcoming nature made a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable stay. A big thanks to Pooja for her incredible hospitality--I highly recommend this place!

The first point of dissatisfaction is the lift, you park your vehicle down and from there drag your luggage to the first floor to have access to the lift, neither staff will come to help nor lift will be there, so automatically your first impression goes horribly wrong. Rooms are ok not that great, hygiene - average, food options for breakfast not there are only two or three options to select, food taste - good, hot water available, one water bottle complementary for a day. Entry to the hotel is through a narrow lane , so it's not on the main road you need to have someone from there on call to guide you. Average Stay can be better.

Rooms and location etc is good but the best thing about them is their exceptional service We were there for a wedding and it felt like home They catered all our needs and demands with smile on their faces 100% recommended

It was a pleasant experience. Very homely environment. And you will get homely food over there. Staff were cooperative and the owner of the property (Abhijit Mukherjee) is fabulous. Just talk to him before you book. I am sure you won't get disappointed. By the way, I booked an executive room.

The location of the hotel is it's usp and the receptionist, Puja. Otherwise it is a mediocre hotel with small rooms and even smaller bathrooms. However, looking at my displeasure, the owner graciously suggested that we could shift to another property, Ecosuits, some distance away. This was a nice hotel with spacious rooms, though still under construction. Thanks to Mr. Bhattacharya.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Stayvilla Prime, which is conveniently located near the Army Recruitment Office. I stayed in Room No. 203, and the room was neat and clean. The bed and towels were spotless, and the bathroom was well-maintained with a working geyser, making it perfect for winter stays. The smart TV in the room was functional and connected to the internet, allowing access to YouTube. There was also a comfortable sitting area outside the room. One minor downside was the absence of a complimentary water bottle. The breakfast options were limited, with four choices: bread toast, bread omelet, puri sabji, or roti sabji, accompanied by tea or coffee. While lunch and dinner options were also limited, the hotel allows you to order food online without restrictions. Overall, my experience was good, and I would be happy to stay here again if I visit this area in the future.

Absolute ineptness from both their management as well as Bookings.com. Waited for several days, called & texted them multiple times post booking, only to be ignored till the day before our arrival & them offering "an equal alternative hotel". They location is good, the pictures of their rooms look superb, however, with this level of management; everything else is a farce!

It was quite pleasurable stay in StayVilla. As their team was really helpful and friendly. Specifically Puja was quite humble and polite.
