Hotel Royal Ranchi

The first room that we got, had no working AC and it was having a very bad adour due to water seepage into the room walls and unmaintained AC. The replacement room we got had a lot of mosquitoes living in it. Exactly to count there were at least 14 mosquitoes and you might know how would I have counted them. It's bathroom doesn't have ventilation and all the adour has to come out into the room only which undoubtedly doesn't suit for many. Overall, I suggest do not stay at this hotel if you have kids with you.

Very nice hotel. Located near airport main road. Rooms & bathroom were neat. Very nice room service. Staffs were very professional.

Service is awesome but resturant area is good...but ambience must be upgraded

Great taste and ambiance. The staff here is so friendly, even helped us take good pictures. Customer service on point. The food is also very afordable and tasty. My family also loved it. We went for dining and it was very nice experience. Thank you.

The hotel is really nice. The staffs are supportive and co-operative. They even helped us with food for our kid and that was a win win. Somehow I found the food to be average. Rest everything was 10 on 10.
