HOTEL PRATAP GRAND

Cleanliness of rooms, stair etc are very nice. No bad marks on walls, paint job and furnishing are nice, bathrooms are nice and spacious, rates are reasonable compared to the other nearby hotels. Importantly, this one got lift facility which all hotels here don't. Cut one point for rooms because they don't have balcony. Rest all are fine.

So much disappointed. I booked one AC room for two nights. But due to some unavoidable reasons I had to cancel the booking and that was before 24h of check-in. But they refused to give refund even didn't know the refundable policy. Very rude behaviour. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone

We booked two double bed rooms in the hotel. Location of the hotel is good. But bed sheets, pillow covers and towels were not cleaned. Covers of commodes were broken. Basinal taps and other water taps were not functioning well. Hand showers beside the commodes were also not functioning well. In other words maintenance of the rooms were not upto a satisfactory level. But the boy in service was very cordial.

Room size is little small but clean and sufficient for two Best things is staffs were so supportive. I went with my car perhaps they don't have car parking but they provided space to park my car food is good chapati salad quality is awesome very budget friendly near by of station and 100 Percent safe

The rooms were neat and clean but the door locks were malfunctioning and their food charges were very high

Front desk manager behavior is ridiculous. At the time of check in when I asked him to take the rent he said pay me later but later next day morning he call me twice and disturbed me for payment and argue & misbehaved with me. "WAITING FOR THE OWNER RESPONSE"

Location is good but other services are not .. they will confirm you something but unable to provide room at proper time .

Worst hotel, untidy room with flies and cockroaches all around the room.. the service was pathetic dont go after the price the rooms were so bad dont get trapped and the caretakers are very rude they are manner less we had to checkout at midnight 1 because it was such a bad experience and unsafe place
