Hotel Mercury Residency

I stayed at Mercury Hotel for my sister's engagement on 2nd February, and the level of unhygienic conditions was extreme. The rooms were full of dirt, cockroaches, and mosquitoes. I can't even imagine the state of the kitchen. This hotel is a strict no for me. I've taken some pictures of the blanket they provided, and it's hard to explain how bad it was. The very next day, my son had severe vomiting and diarrhea. I remember during the function, the waiter refused to provide proper service and asked one of the guests to serve themselves. The manager was also the worst. Overall, this hotel should have a zero rating in terms of any service they provide. Please don't visit if you care about your health.

Hotel first of all do not belong to the category they advertise. Upholstery on furniture placed in the room and Reception are scratched and torn, the cloth holding the foam in sitting part of the chairs are torn and hanging.The torn blankets under cover of the apparently clean linen are torn. The doormats placed in the lift lobby, Restaurant and rooms are torn and shabby. Coming to washrooms it was under miserable condition small and water from bathing taps are dripping continuously , bucket placed under the tap getting filled up and to be emptied frequently. The lower part of the wash room in touch with water have stains of rust, so is the basin outlet and commode bowl. Door of the toilet not clean at the back and the frame showing the chipped wood. The wear and tear on other equipment in the room showing their age. They have facility of complimentary breakfast the items in the spread not many but acceptable, Restaurant food served is not bad,location on main road and the staff attends calls when asked for. If you have budget you can search for alternatives.

Though they call it a 3 star hotel first they do not belong to this category. Starting with furnitures and upholstery placed in the rooms and reception are in poor condition the leather type of upper covers are torn at places and the cloth holding beneath have also torn and hanging showing poor maintenance. Coming to other equipments in the room, the wear and tear visible on them are showing their age. The blankets are torn at places under apparently clean cover.The wash room is in miserable condition, water dripping from tap continuously. The lower part of the wash room in touch with water showing stains of crust and same with commode bowl.The door of the washroom not clean and frame of the door chipped and woods visible.Carpets and doormats are shabby and torn. Good thing are -it's location , complimentary breakfast spread though not with many items, acceptable, quality of food served in restaurant not bad, and the staff listens to instructions.

Room is spacious but is situated next to wine and dine bar. There is cigarette smoke smell throughout and at times, music is too loud. Since it is situated on a main road, the vehicle noise is always there. I found cockroaches in the room as well. Overall, the service is good, the food is good.

Good Budget Hotel. Service may be improved. Clean & comfortable.

Very bad service of this hotel room is very dirty mosquito is in the room and no allout in the room one night stay in emergency can not sleep here it's showing 3 star but actually it's a budget hotel.

I stayed in a hotel for one night. I liked the hotel and its service too. (Mr. Ajay) helped me.

Very clean room.. Very tasty food.. Very polite behavior by staff... Easy location...
