HOTEL MAX

I recently stayed at Hotel Max and had a very disappointing experience. The room was far below expectations - it was not clean, the furniture was outdated, and there was a persistent musty smell. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom fixtures were in dire need of maintenance. However, the most upsetting part of my stay was the behavior of the owner. They were incredibly rude and dismissive when I raised my concerns about the room. Instead of addressing the issues, they were argumentative and unprofessional. This level of customer service is unacceptable and made my stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. There are plenty of other options where you will be treated with respect and provided with a clean, well-maintained room.

My stay at Hotel Max was awful. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The worst part was the owner, who was extremely rude and dismissive when I complained. They were unprofessional, argumentative, and made me feel unwelcome. This hotel lacks basic hospitality and cleanliness. Avoid at all costs!

Hotel Max provided an excellent stay. The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly hospitable. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to major attractions. Highly recommend!

Worst experience. Req to every traveler dont stay there I asked them for blanket n thet kept me waiting till midnight Its was disgusting service
