Good, neat and clean, very friendly staffs, room with balcony.

Location is very good. Very near to Piska more. Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilet is big. But window ac is outdated and noisy. Intercom is not working properly. Room service is prompt and food is tasty. Front desk people are not efficient and professional. In time of check in we had to wait in reception for 10-15 minutes because the receptionist was busy in personal phone call.

Decent hotel. 2-3 star I would rate it. Neat and clean. TV does not work. They provide extra bed but in the form of a mattres on the floor. Bathroom is spacious. Overall Good mid budget hotel.

The hotel is located near piska more. my office has frequent meetings in Ranchi, so, I am in the city almost every other month. I stayed in this hotel last year since the venue of my meeting with the clients was located nearby. In my opinion, this is a really good hotel with all the basic facilities within a budget. My room was very comfortable. The washroom was very clean. The food that we ordered through room service was also really good. The best part was that the staff was really polite and courteous.

I was in town to attend a friend's wedding. My parents, who visit Ranchi often due to their office purposes recommended this hotel to me. It was very nice and comfortable in there. The room service was very efficient and quick. The food was very delicious. The staff were very friendly and polite. I loved my stay here and would recommend it to everyone.

Located in near piska mode on ITI route. Waiting lounge is good and comfortable. Lift works properly. Room service is also good. AC works properly, but the problem is that there was not a same size room in same price. Interior decoration is also not good. Bedding are not comfortable. Even breakfast is also average. Only the rate is expensive.

Bad experience with the hotel. A very unfriendly behaviour shown by the receptionist. The worst part about this hotel is their in house food pricing which is very high. You can eat at premium restaurants in Ranchi at a very less price than this. They'll charge you 40 Rs. for a bottle of water having MRP 15. Location is also a very negative point. Better go for the hotels in Main Road. The only positive thing is their room size which is decent. Don't go for this hotel. There are many good hotels listed in OYO..

Nice clean spacious rooms. Staffs are friendly. Basic amenities TV, AC, soap, towel available. Various local shops, restaurants, ATMs etc around the property. For transportation, use OLA, not uber. Although local auto is also available. Power cut is frequent but Power backup is all time ready. Food and beverages by hotel for reasonable charges.
