Hotel Mahi Residency

I stayed in this Hotel from 12-4-25 to 14-4-25.I can say that Hotel Mahi Residency is the best place for stay in Ranchi.This Hotel has a few better things over and above other hotels in vicinity. 1 situated very near to the Railway station,about 1-2 kilometers from Ranchi Railway station. So,very easily accessible as it's well known to Auto/car drivers. 2 Environment of the Hotel is very pleasant ,cosy,comfortable and neat and clean. 3 It's a budget Hotel with almost all required facilities which make it a 3-4 star category property. 4 Quality of Breakfast,lunch and dinner is super. Delicious and fresh stuff. 5 staff is very humble,friendly and cooperative. I award tis Hotel 5 stars and recommend this property as the best choice for stay while at Ranchi.

The Management persons are very active,caring and friendly and Customer Services are also excellent.Location of this Hotel is in heart of the City,Ranchi and tariff of the room is also affordable and worth Spending .

Need to maintain all instruments like AC, TV connection, specially remote not working, Room sarvice is worst.

My last experience was very bad. I gave them clothes to the laundry, they did not even wash them properly and gave them to me. When I complained, they did not listen and did not accept their mistake.

Best food and best renovated room in ranchi, all service staffs specially Mr. Anwar ji friendly, I can recommend this Mahi Hotel and sure whenever I visit in Ranchi will prefer this hotel.

Room service is efficient and staff are polite. Reception takes good care of their guests.
