Hotel Arya

The Hotel is a sham, a glorified lodge at best. The rooms are old and dirty, none of the amenities are usable. Highly overpriced and poorly managed property. Would highly recommend against this property. I had very fond memories of this place from 1998, unfortunately, the hotel is still in 1998. Beware!!!

Smelly Dinghy unclean rooms. Used up bedsheets , broken TV connections Rude Manager SANDEEP must learn how to run a place and behave with guests. No coordination as staff was clearly uninformed about booking. Checkin time is 12pm, we arrived at 1PM but still till 3.30PM all rooms were not ready. They made us stand in hallway while we watched them clean. The Manager tried to thrust upon us twin rooms while we had booked double rooms. He misbehaved as well when at 3PM we were tired of waiting and asked to give us one ready room that was on same floor. He insisted we pay extra and had no regard for our suffering for 3hrs. The lunch was not ready till 3PM and we had to chase down staff to get lunch. ALL THIS FOR A 1.5MONTHS ADVANCE BOOKING!!! Worst experience ever!

One of the worst hotels in tha Ranchi. I booked through MMT and pay 3500/- for single person. Without breakfast The room was smelling like Nali, i changed rooms but all the rooms were same no connection in TV, he did not provide a hand towel to any freshener in the bathroom. No parking available and hotel look like a Bhutmahal Bad experience

I have stayed here for quite long, and I must say that the hotel staff, rooms, services are excellent. The hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful.

Really amazing, I had a great experience here with the restaurant & the people here working. So good to have here myself.
