Room is Good But service is too much Bad , You get order too late after order , I am waiting more than 70 min for breakfast. My First experience is Bad with This hotel.

The hotel rooms were neat and clean. They also provided slippers. The hotel is a regular type. We were on the first floor, so it seemed noisy as it was near the reception and also it's winter. The pillow was smelling bad , which disrupted sleep. A little damp was there, still good to go for one or two days duration, to rest and work / attend some meetings/ gatherings from there. It's near lalpur chawk, so autos were easily available. We opted for rapido cab which was available from late night to early morning in 3-4 mins waiting.

All are true and from personal experience. 1.First of all..all the good reviews of this hotel are fake as they force customers during check out to give good review. 2.They deny any of the online booking check in as price are lower and they say they will allow check in if we pay the difference amount. 3. Dont go after the pics..Rooms are untidy, bedsheets blankets and pillow covers all are patchy and dirty. 4.We got two rooms and in both the rooms they have issue with the flush and bathrooms are like some random lodge dull and pathetic. No toiletries are provided 5.No outside foods and beverages are allowed but the in house restaurant takes infinite time to prepare food and the reason they say is shortage of staff 6.Most important they dont event provide complimetry 1or 2 bottles of water.U have to pay for that too. 7.Extremely ill behaved receptionist and manager. 8.No wifi and no proper functioning of tv.

We become frode through fab the booking adviser said 3000 for three room but they take 3450, we have to wait 40 minit to check in, no room survecice available that time ,no food also ,the total harrassment for Fab and their representative never book Through Fab

Location is very inside...no direction signages...difficult to locate...should mention near DAV School in address...Rooms good...service specially Food very bad...have to call so many times and they serve cold breakfast after 2 hours of wait

Geyser not working in this hotel.I stay here 2 days but both day I have to bath with cold water.

Worst staff I have ever seen the guy wasoo rude they ask unnecessary questions n too many questions....worst experience

We booked but decided to not to stay there as per our expectations it was not upto mark but booking amount not refunded
