The hotel exhibits a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism. Their pricing policies are inconsistent and exploitative, with steep increases at night that feel arbitrary and unfair. The staff shows little to no concern for guest needs, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. For instance, I was left waiting for 45 minutes at an entrance with no clear instructions on how to reach the property, and they refused to provide a simple map. The location itself is poorly situated, and the overall management seems disorganized, offering a lackluster experience that fails to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality. This is not for professional hospitality for families.

Overall good. The pricing was reasonable online. Rooms were near and clean, food was home like. Breakfast starts little late Spacious area for parking etc.

We attended a marriage here. It was excellent stay. Uttara has taken very good care of all of us.

This hotel was a great experience for me and my family. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served each morning. The hotel was in a great location and had easy access to all the main attractions. Overall, it was a great experience.

The location is good and safe, but a little remote. I found the staff very cooperative and friendly. Housekeeping and room services are timely. The only area they can improve is the breakfast buffet menu, as the options are limited, especially for people from South India.
