I visited here in April 2025. It is newly built. Cleanliness is good. Some interior is still to be done. Rooms are good. Approach to this property is scanty. Parking is only for two or three cars.

Service was good. Pleasant stay. Rooms were neat and clean. If you want to stay around Bariatu this is the perfect place. New property and good food

This property clearly needs to understand what hospitality is and how to treat guests with dignity. First of all, they need to complete the construction. The wiring was incomplete and wires were hanging out of the openings on the wall. The air conditioner was yet to be installed. The balcony door wasn't closing and kept shut with the support of a chair (later it was claimed that a key in the bunch with me will open it but the attendant was totally clueless about it). The attendant who was called to check it, tried to make a fool out of by just twisting the handle and pretended to have latched it. The sofa cushions were dirty with stains. The beverage provisions were not restocked. A pair of old looking tea bags and sugar packets were left. No creamer or coffee powder sachets were kept; let alone a stirrer. The worst part was the serving of breakfast. I was not informed of the timing the previous night. When enquired in the morning, the receptionist, blissfully unaware of the package, denied me breakfast initially. I persisted and after 20-25 minutes, he found out that it was included. He directed me to take food from buffet on offer the same floor. To my dismay, I found some cold and leftover food with nobody in sight to help. When contacted again, the receptionist had the audacity to ask me if the food will stay hot after an hour the buffet started. After being blasted for his rudeness, he half heartedly agreed to send some parathas. They were warm, but definitely made in a hurry as a cover up and tasted pathetic. Annoyed by their absolute sense of service and hospitality, I chose to check out immediately after making payment. Lo! He was meddling with the system apparently not knowing how to use their hotels platform. Seeing the inordinate delay, his senior colleague has to put him aside and make the bill himself. When I tried to put forth my issues, he wasn't letting me speak and kept interjecting repeatedly justifying his side as if everything was hunky dory on the hotel's side and I was the only one at fault. Though his senior colleague was apologising, the behaviour of the rest of the team was rather indifferent. Clearly, some random bunch of people have been collected in a hurry and set on job without training in an under-construction property. Unless they get some degree of professionalism, I wonder if they will survive the highly competitive service industry. Good luck to them with that! (The one star is for the clean bed. I pity a fellow female guest who came complaining to the reception when I was checking out. Apparently, she has returned from a foreign country, without an Indian SIM card and was dependent on the hotel WiFi. No points for guessing that the WiFi was not working and the same receptionist was assuring her that someone will come later that day to fix it ). If this is the standard of a supposedly suite room, I'm wondering what the standard of the rooms of the more economical range. Folks! Just one piece of advice! Get your physical and HR infra in order before opening up the property to guests! Common sense but it was definitely found lacking!

I recently stayed at Ecosuites by stayvilla and had a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Only suggestion: improve the Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

We recently stayed in this place for three days.The ambience was very homely. The service and the staff' s behaviour are worth saying. They welcomed us with sweets. I must say that they are very hospitable. Overall our experience was very good.

Very good experience, it's my first time in this property, staff & service is good but breakfast quality & quantity is very low.

Nice place to stay. Very clean rooms and washrooms. Very courteous support staff. Have good parking space.
