Great staff (check in and checkout experience is good), some rooms need maintenance (probably damaged by guests) and sometimes linen is not up to the mark but other than that, a good hotel in an advantageous location at reasonable rates. And, if you are travelling with family hope that your room's neighbours are not noisy couples.

Big rooms as well as neat and clean. The washroom is also spacious. The hotel has its own parking space. The hotel has two lifts. On the main road. Very good under budget I stayed overnight at a very cheap price.

Room service pathetic. Specially food. Better to order from online delivery service ..

The hotel is located just beside a big road, so travelling through local transport is not a problem. Pulse Hospital is located just adjacent to the hotel. Reliance smart point is in the same building, so grocery is also not a problem. The rooms are spacious too, the hotel have a inhouse kitchen.

Stayed with 3 rooms for 3 nights during Durga Puja 2023. Giving feedback - Pros: 1. At Excellent location, away of hassle and tussle 2. Hotel rooms with balcony was great. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily basis. Cons: 1. Food options were not at all good. Price of foods are heavy compared to it's quantity. One veg grilled sandwich is 130/- (photo attached). Very expensive. My feedback will be think for a breakfast buffet kind option at competitive rate. 2. Per room 1 dish is given as complimentary to block outside while 2 people in a room. Extra dish beyond one is chargeable 30/-. This is unacceptable. I have never seen this before. Beyond above, they are completely forgot to understand my hotel reservation choice and given us a room (3rd room) having no balcony, not even a window (304), they are saying it's in deluxe category. Geyser at room 410 not working, spent 2 nights with cold water, I never complained though of being gentle. (Probably I won't recommend to anyone else to reserve)

Only service needs improvement for getting more star in service delivery options rest location wise ok rooms are well thanks for the support get during my manager visit

Worst hotel and scoundrel staffs and managers. I being a Taj hotel HR employee.Would never recommended this hotel to anyone. They just want to make money without any guest care. I never had this kind of worst experience before. People like Ms. Aarti Singh who doesn't care about anything apart from money. Indeed! Worst experience I ever had. Would never ever neither recommend or check in to this hotel before.
