On my sister's marriage I got worst experience. No management and the other part is food is worst. 1500/- plate charges and food standard is lowest. Don't book this hotel for marriage. They will show you everything and final day good quality is pathetic. Only bluff. Kindly enquire everything before booking and best part is DON'T BOOK FOR ANY MARRIAGE OR ANY FUNCTION.

The hotel is amazing.there is a swimming pool you can enjoy with your friends and family There is also a open launge. The hotel is nice. The view is something unique. It will give you the vibe of the palace. Food is also great. But when it comes to services then it is one of the bad experiences of mine. The swimming pool is just for the name shake. The ... Please be careful, if you will plan for 80 plates and 60 will come, they will not allow packing for rest 20, and they will never inform you before. So always order for minimum plates possible. The senior manager will ever talk to you, if you have any complaints. The middle manager will never allow you to connect

When I gave them feedback then also they were like you are the 1 st person who is complaining of smell and odour in this hotel. Overall it's good for shooting and pictures, but not for staying.

Pricey compared to the type of Sevices they offer. Smelly Washrooms, Tasteless Food. A lot to be improved, Sorry Had my Worst Experience with hotels.

I came to this place for an engagement program. I haven't used the room service but the staff at the hall section were polite and helpful. Food quality was average for me. But this place is good for the view point.

Its a humble request to the owner to please work on your manager specifically, teach him a little bit of humanity and hospitality. Such a pathetic man he is, doesn't even know how to treat the guests. Honestly its an amazing place for marriage and shoots, but the services are pathetic, kindly work on that... For me it was the first and the last time. There are several places in Ranchi, If Royal Retreat becomes the last option I would still not prefer visiting it again.

Rrooms are good but highly disappointed with banquet hall for celebration. They use plate system. We gave approx list of 85 guests. Since 50 guests turned up, there were at least 15-20 plates unused. So there should be leftovers but no the puri n nan section was over. Our guests didn't get to eat complete items. The serving team was stating that it's over and time to pack. Is this how you serve your customers? Sending them back with empty plates. Are we paying for unsatisfied guests?
