The location of the resort is very good. Rooms are very much clean. Service is very good. Staffs are very much co-operative. Food quality of the restaurant is always good.

Jhumar is one of a kind place. Its location is close to the lake. Service is 5 star rated. They take care of anything that is humanly possible. Food is also great.

The presentation is impressive, and the taste truly stands out. While the service is generally prompt, it can occasionally slow down during peak hours. The outdoor seating adds charm, making it perfect but overall, it's great spot for food lovers and seeking quality and comfort

Pros: Jhumar is a great place to stay with family and friends. The architecture of the hotel is excellent with spacious rooms and solid accessories. You get all the creature comforts, like a water heater, a small fridge and ample closet space. The rooms have access to a balcony with a scenic view of the nearby Netarhat lake and the surrounding greenery. The resort also has a very nice restaurant with comfortable furniture. There is also a big lawn in the front for parking or recreation. The extra mattress provided was also of good quality and very comfortable. Cons: My experience of a 1 night stay was mixed at best. I stayed with my family and we booked 3 rooms. While I enjoyed the lodging facilities, I cannot the same about the restaurant. I was served Chicken Butter Masala for dinner, with the piece of chicken cold as if just taken out of the freezer. This was simply appalling to say the least. The other items that we ordered were also mediocre. The waiter and the cook did ask for my feedback after the dinner in an audacious move, to which I gave a frank review. I also had to order bread omelette after just so that I don't get hunger pangs in the middle of the night. Verdict: It is a very good lodging facility, with poor service, in my honest opinion, like a phone with great hardware let down by a poor software. I do recommend a stay here, but do make sure the restaurant is functioning properly.
