Hotel Prabhat Vihar

The Hotel area is absolutely beautiful. Well maintained garden, a great view point. Food quantity and quality both are great. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Entire Hotel area, including the rooms is well maintained and clean. Staff Service is quite hospitable and swift. I was really satisfied with my stay here.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The quality of service was abysmal, and the lack of professionalism was evident from the moment we checked in. First of all, the staffing issue was glaring. There were very few staff members available, and those who were present seemed untrained and unresponsive. It was difficult to get any assistance, and basic requests were either delayed or ignored. The family suite, which is outrageously priced at 5000 per night, was in a deplorable condition. The room had serious seepage issues, with damp and discolored walls. The paint was chipped off, giving the place an unkempt and neglected look. The cabinets were in a terrible state, barely functional and falling apart. For the amount charged, we expected at least basic cleanliness and maintenance, but this hotel failed on every front. It's shocking how they justify their prices with such poor service and facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and look for better options--this place is a complete disaster.

Very nice location and the only point for sunrise as the whole Netarhat comes to this point. Food is very limited when it comes to complimentary breakfast though very tasty. Service is very slow. Kitchen will 90% of the time won't take the call. Although the manager is a real gentleman. Very helpful. Best hotel to stay in Netarhat. I stayed with my wife and my 4yr old daughter in the new Building i.e Prabhat Vihar Deluxe building.

Stay was good. Rooms and bathroom were clean with good quality of bed and towel. Staff behavior lack hospitality. you can see scrap items laying in corners of the hotel. Food was bad . Don't expect fruit, juice or even tea in complimentary breakfast .

This is a excellent hotel with restaurant of Jharkhand Tourism Department. Location of this hotel is also very good. Room rent was 3500 with AC accommodation, guiser, hot watter and one complimentary food, electric kettle in 2024. You can't watch the Sun rise from your room here. There is a sun rise view point where tourists comes to visit in the morning from outside also.

Very bad service. They take ages to respond to your call. You have to pay for your tea and eggs. That too tea was pathetic and we had to wait more than half an hour for the pathetic tea.|The rooms are damp and half the furniture's were defective.|The suite we stayed had a big balcony from where you can watch the sunrise. This was the only good thing about the property. Food was average.

All of you who are planning to visit Netarhat and are trying to book rooms in Prabhat Vihar please note that the hotel is in a really shabby condition. We stayed for a night in the old building and noted that maintenance is absolutely zero. Can't comment about rooms in the new building but the staff said even the tents are in a dilapidated condition. Plan your trip accordingly.
