It was well maintained before .. now bit improvement needed

The room and bathroom were clean and there was a high standard of housekeeping throughout. The public areas were also clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good although at times busy.Good place to stay and dine but still in nascent stage. Lift still to become operational so in case the guest given room on 4th floor he is doomed to go up and down through stairs. Moreover, the staff is untrained. You will have to ask for soap and towel. Don't expect warm water for bathing even in chilling cold. Otherwise hotel is good. Best option when you have no other option.

We stayed here for four nights in a double room. The room was reasonably sized with a large king size bed which was comfortable although the pillows were rather too soft. My experience is bit pathetic. Rooms are Good as the Building is New, However the Behaviour of hotel personnel is not found adequate, Four Wheeler Parking is available in front of the Hotel, Restaurant is Veg Only. If you book low Rate Room that person will make you feel that you are a lower grade person.... As far as the room service is concerned its Just OK....

We went in a marrige in Daltenganj and they made our arrangement in this hotel. First of all the staff in this hotel is very friendly and good. Since the town does not have enough good hotel, this hotel has its own importance. Though the no of AC rooms are not much but good according to the town. We are thankful to hotel people since they made all possible arrangement for us. Nonveg is not in their menu.

This is the worst hotel i have ever seen in india. Never ever book this creepy hotel. I booked Ac Room thorough Make MyTrip still they gave Non AC room. Light was no there and they were not ready to switch on generator. We screwed up in hot summer without fan. I checked In at 12 left at 4 Oclock because of their behaviour. Staffs are very rude. They don't have basic sense and extremely unprofessional. As soon as i reached that was clearly visible they asked hard copy of booking even though i gave soft copy and shown Booking ID. They don't have card payment. Now lets come to restaurant after giving order it took 2 hour to serve until we were seating in restaurant without fan and light in hot climate . After 2 hour when food arrived taste was like rotten vegetables they used. So Finally my advice is never ever visit this kind of hotel.Good Review which you are able to see is fake i guess sponsored by owner.

The town is small and does not have many good hotels. We were here for two days. One problem we faced here is power cut. They start generator only in night or if much needed otherwise hotel have invert-er. Overall it is one of the best in Daltenganj.
