Hotel Sumati tower and residency

Booked the hotel (Party hall along with the rooms attached) for a family function but had a worst experience and a nightmare. Management - specially the owner do not have a courtesy how to speak with the customers and they just want to make money by whatever possible way they can. They just have constructed the building having kind of a good infra but they are least bothered about the customers. Even though my booking was done months before with the terms and conditions cleared out in booking receipt, they kept asking for additional things and the amount in front of my guests on the day of event, that too in a loud voice. I Would highly recommend not to go with this hotel if you are planning for any function/party.

I really love the veg mughlai and paneer tikka. They have very friendly and well mannered staff. I would really to thank Mr. Daya for prompt response and hospitality. Keep it up

Soo beautiful rooms and food all staf have a good manners

The service was very poor or the quality of food was not good or the room arrangements were not good or the bathroom was not comfortable at all or the hotel was so expensive that it was can not cheap.

So poor in service... Arrangements of food and catering are not good . Not so spacious..
