Hotel Ratan

There is no sign board it took me a while to figure out the location. The place is rundown, service is non existent and the attendant doesn't bother to talk to you.there is no land line for room service come on who doesn't provide room service.

The hotel staff was very rude, passing inappropriate comments toward girls and most of the time, they were missing from the hotel. Basic amenities like towels or blankets were not provided, even when called multiple times.

It's wonderful experience since last 6 years with this hotel, all facilities are upto the mark

Its too good hotel at best price and in best location, staff behaviour is too good
