I you are looking for a budget hotel for a short trip to maithan this place is perfect..the rooms are neat and clean...the place is safe and secure and well maintained..the staff was very helpful and well behaved..the location of the hotel is very close to the dam..you can have a bird's eye view of the reservoir from the balcony of the hotel...the owner can arrange for delicious meal if you ask for...the food was of very good quality..liked the place very much and highly recommend it

Budget hotel. Front side rooms have an excellent view of the Maithan dam. Service and ambience is upto the mark of a budget hotel. I recommend the place

Good place to stay at a reasonable price. The manager is really kind. Parking available but quite congested. Location is really nice, facing the backwaters of the dam. You can come out any time and climb stairs and cross the road to enjoy the view of the dam. However, in order to reach the guest house you've to take the left turn (if coming from the NH19) from the Monalisa restaurant. Google map's location to drive a car there is quite inaccurate. Food can be arranged inside the hotel if you request the manager. He'll arrange it at a reasonable price. Rooms and the common area were really clean.

rooms were okay but prices were high and one more thing while bargaining i cut the prices to almost 50% the point is that whats the point of asking for example say 100rs when you can offer the same in 50 rupees after bargain......dont just offer any number that luckily you will ask this much and the customer might pay ,and if he doesn't just cut down the room prices so that anyway revenue get generated,such a cheap practice i would say .
