Sambodhi Retreat

Worst resort ever, avoid at all costs. We recently had an event here, we were left running and fending for ourselves, got the worst service ever, all our guests had the same feedback. Even after spending lakhs of rupees when the hotel is not able to provide basic services then there's no need. The entire management needs an overhaul, very very poor and laid back attitude of all employees.

Beautiful and Huge property.. Adequate parking place, Good Reception staff.. Room Service staff to be trained for Hospitality.. Also Regular Cleaning or replacing of old TAPS, SHOWER, JET SPRAY.. They should Shine. (They look Aged and unclean).. OLD window ACs makes Noise, Fan Makes More noise.. Needs ventilation (Net Window) in Room while using Fan.. Needs Ventilation in the Corridor too.. It stinks ( This is not a complain, just a suggestion for better future of Sambodhi Resort).. Food is OK.. Restaurant is bit Darker .. I have stayed in more than 120 hotels /resorts in last 3 yrs on my India road tour..).. All the best

Nice staff and large and good rooms . Cottage is limited but they have so many rooms. Easy check in and checkout. Friendly behaviour of staff. Complimentary breakfast was also great.

The hotel maintains standards comparable to 5-star properties. The rooms are perfect--spacious, neat, and spotless. The cleanliness and hygiene of the entire property are outstanding. The hotel is well-equipped with excellent amenities, including two swimming pools and two additional kids' pools, all with immaculate water quality. A highlight of our stay was the breakfast--absolutely delicious and diverse, catering to all tastes. The property also boasts a beautifully maintained garden, with a lovely sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. Overall, Sambodhi Retreat offers a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dhanbad. You won't be disappointed!

"I had an excellent stay at Sambodhi Retreat with my family. The property feels like a five-star hotel, offering spacious, well-maintained rooms, a beautiful pool with clean water, and vast, lush gardens. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and truly mouth-watering. However, I was a bit disappointed with the mutton biryani, which didn't meet my expectations."

Main standard Rooms were nice, but a cottage beside field that was offered initially was full of bees and pigeons. Dead bees invaded the bed, so had to change the room. Hotel service related to this management was pathetic. Had to do everything ourselves. Overall Okayish stay.

Stairs are very high. Water leakage of ac in room no 212. Rooms size small, rent high. Overall, not satisfied.
