Hotel is big and spacious but still not finished completely. Staff usually turn off the Lift which creates unnecessary hardship

Total fraud hotel owner. Even after charging for ac room the ac didn't worked for whole day....so better book a non ac room
Very nice hotel good staff and manager food food and best quality neat and clean room free Wi-Fi I am happy
Horrible experience with check in...they are short staffed....room was dirty... Bed sheet was torn...staff was reluctant to take my luggage to my room..... By the time after lots of complaints ..my room was cleaned and bed sheet changed, i was late for my meeting and meeting had to be postponed....total waste of my time nd money...it took 2.5 hours to check in
