Mayurakshee Resort

It's a huge property with good location. Big rooms, big washroom. But the rooms lack cleanliness. Toilet seat needs to be replaced. There are three beds, which are comfortable. They provided sufficient furniture. The surrounding is dirty-- garden isn't maintained. Lots of plastic bottles ,packets are thrown. That's sore of eyes. I must mention the service of Akash Rana. He was always available at any of our need.

I reached at 6.30 pm and was told that accommodation was not available due to rooms not being ready. Pathetic management and the resort should be privatised to make it customer friendly.

We visited Mayurakshee Resort during a short trip to Massanjore Dam, and it was an excellent experience! The resort offers a peaceful and scenic atmosphere, perfect for a quick getaway. Although we only stayed for a few hours, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making it a pleasant stay. We had lunch at the resort's restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious! The menu had a variety of options, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, Mayurakshee Resort is a great place to unwind near Mesanjor, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with good food and hospitality.

They have nothing to offer to guests. Restaurant was not open, don't know why? It's such a prime location property but the management doesn't seem to be interested in running it. Waste of government resources.

Best for summer and ideal for functions like weddings. Very eye warming view of dam.

Very good location. Big rooms. Clean but the maintenance is an issue. The rooms are damp. The area has power issues although the resort has its own backup. But the elevator doesn't work with the backup generator. The staffs are very courteous. The resturant serves tasty and good food.

Situated in a very scenic environment nearby massanjore dam. Staff needs training. There's no customer service at all. No nearby shops so I expected them to have an in-house canteen or pantry where one can buy refreshments but nothing like that was there . And rooms have gotten old . Need some refurbishing

Called several times for room booking but No-one received even I have done whatsapp but they never responded though they read my text. What kind of service they provide I don't know. They don't have minimum sense to answer somones query. Very very disappointing.
