THE PEARL HOTEL

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. While the breakfast was quite good, I faced a few issues that made the stay less comfortable: No Wi-Fi throughout the stay, which was a major inconvenience. The lift from basement parking to ground floor wasn't working, so I had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. The rooms were smaller than expected based on the listing/photos. The staff was polite, but the hotel needs to improve its basic amenities. With a few fixes, this could be a much better stay for future guests.

Visited Jamshedpur for a vacation and stayed at The Pearl Hotel for a night. Staff were courteous. Our room was 114, which had strange issues- key card doesn't work as designed, AC and entrance lights were connected, and the mini fridge was leaking water. The most disgusting thing is their policy- website mentions free breakfast for all, but in reality you need to book a room under a certain section, so that you are eligible for free breakfast. While checking in they didn't mention this and in the morning just before having breakfast they mentioned this. Shameful of how they treat guests, and irony is we believe in Atithi Devo Bhava! We left the hotel and preferred to have food outside- we felt insulted and humiliated.

Booked a premium room for 4 nights, the room is quite spacious, food is tasty, the breakfast buffet had limited items. The hospitality is good. Overall a comfortable stay

Good stay....staff behavior is Good......food test is very good.....

Room Service is excellent and keep this momentum going on.

Location was not so good but hotel is best

The room service was great. They are very quick and responsive to customers' demands.I booked the suite room, and I had a great experience. The room also had a living area with sofas, a table, and a visitor's bathroom, which was pretty nice. The main bathroom included a bathtub and a shower. I booked my stay with complimentary breakfast and one meal, i.e. lunch or dinner. The breakfast as well as the meal were both good.

I don't think these hotels deserve 1 star from my side because there is nothing in a good condition room washroom and also staff have also no experience and location is so much outside the city and food I don't think I have to comment all are money waste. I am not going to visit these properties again.
