The Onyx Hotel - Hotel in Jamshedpur

We book Onyx Banquet for an event by Young Indians Jamshedpur every year. And i must say that we receive the best service and treatment from them. Their staff are very cooperative and so is their management. They say "OK No Problem Sir" to all our requests. I would recommend everyone to book this place if you have a small gathering of 30-40 people

Located beside the highway itself, its rooms were quite good along with the service. Not much space from bed but enough to walk around. The restaurant serves pure vegetarian food. Washroom is clean and tidy. Overall a good place to stay.

I m staying presently in the room...wifi not working and also tv not working...they are charging rs 3900 for suit room and such a bad internet and tv services. I would like to state that the hotel team has resolved the internet problem and the entire staff has helped me a lot and the evening reception person is very helpful and extremely good.

Very good for business trip. Rooms are though not very big but cozy and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly, co-operative and helpfull. Food served is only veg and Jain food. Good for vegetarian traveller. Location of the hotel is on the main road. I had a very good experience. Recommend for business travellers.

We had only family dinner here. Service is prompt. Taste very good , reasonably priced. Dahi Kababs are must try , we found it best in Jamshedpur till date . One of the best options for vegetarians in the city. Thanks to Chef Sukhdev and Service staff Pranav.

Onyx Hotel is the best property in Adityapur. It is neat and clean, and its restaurant is top-notch. The hotel's location on the main road of Adityapur makes it especially convenient for people who have work in the industrial area.

Rooms are very small.There is no wardrobe.Smmoth check in and checkout.This is hotel for single office persons.Not for family.As there is no wardrobe with small rooms.Total 25 rooms in the hotel Location wise good.Had to ask for toiletries. Only veg food option is available.Breanfest spread is not that great.Only 5-6 items present. It is a business hotel not a family hotel.

The room was very small. It didn't have any cupboard to keep clothes. They changed the room after we insisted. The new room's bed linen was very dirty (with all spots n marks). The new linen given was also not so clean. Even the room floors were not cleaned before it was offered to us. Hotel corridors were dirty too. I would request management to take action to improve the housekeeping. The last part is about the water. I had a head bath n my hair was dry n brittle. Looks like the water has a high iron content. Please use an iron remover in the waterline before it was supplied to the room.
