The Altira Hotel

It's a decent hotel with well maintained rooms. The power goes out from time to time but they do have a generator. At times, the door key card (which is inserted to turn on the main switch of the room) cuts off the power and we have to reinsert it to get the power back on. The TV didn't work. They also had a small refrigerator in the room. We also had a chance to have their buffet and it was also well made.

The rooms are good. We had a booking for our guests who came to attend a marriage. Even after discussions, the guests were made to pay instantly for the food they ordered. This was an embarrassment for us as hosts. When I parked my vehicle, I had to submit the keys to the guard as it was their policy. Since, I had many expensive irreplaceable goods in my car, a request was made to not move my car without my consent. When I came to collect the articles, the car was already moved and no consent was asked for. The location is not that nice as it's located in a congested area which caused me inconvenience as I came from a different city and it was a little confusing to find.

Though the location and rooms are convenient, all the previous comments about the service and staff displaying an unnecessary "I don't care" and arrogant types of attitude are true. The staff, the watchman, the female receptionist and even the manager don't care about their shortcomings and fail to apologise even when their mistakes were being discussed. My family stayed here from 28th October till 30th October under the reservation of Mr. Akhilesh Karua.

Neat and clean property. Cleanliness can be minutely observed in every aspect and corner of here. The hotel owner himself adjusted my car inside the garage space. Food price is expensive, but quantity, taste and quality truly overcomes it. They provided complimentary breakfast for our 7yrs old daughter exclusively. They played and entertained her pulling out the tortoise out of the aquarium . Prompt and courteous room service

Hotel owner is to much batamiz, he is having everything apart from manner. Servering Staff is good. They will not provided any after 11 pm. Only good for couples with hourly room type. For corporate people it is not to stay.

Well, the water pressure was very poor in our bathroom, Room was teeny tiny for the price range, could not get a bottle of water when needed from room service, and the intercom seldom worked. Staff behaviour was not very welcoming. Hotel looked great, the service, not so much.

Was painful. We booked AC rooms and AC and lift didn't run for more than 5hrs. Their generator was down and light was intermittent. We paid for non AC room in price of AC room. Support staff is good but hotel isn't good enough to host your guests cos you might leave embarassed.
