OYO Flagship Hotel Rudransh Residency

One of the worst hotel you can book for yourself. Moreover it will be a nightmare if you are going for check-in at this hotel as they will never allow you to checkin at the price at which you have booked the room on the aggregator apps like OYO, etc. They will charge you at least 500 extra per room per night. They just get the customers trapped through these apps and later ask for whatever they want. The hotel booking app should look and handle this concern seriously and earliest as possible.

Totally a waste of money, actually I have booked this hotel through the OYO app and I made a call to the hotel owner and inquired about the room service and payment. Whe. We reached this hotel then checked the room. The bed sheet and pillow cover were not changed and the room looked too dirty and full of cigarette smoke and also geaser were not workings. Interesting about the payment: He said that sir don't make the payment through OYO app and pay to the counter when I tried to make payment then he asked me to pay more than Oyo booking payment

Not good but okay for this rate

Staff was good behaviour
