JIVA - Finest 4 Star Boutique Hotel

Went to a party with relatives. Jiva is Central location but relatively less crowdy from north side. Is easily approachable. Ample parking basement & roadside. Multiple areas at different levels housing hall, restaurant, bar, etc. Stairs & 2 lifts. Beautiful interiors. Absolutely clean. Awesome food. Good cheerful behaviour of all. Decent place to be in and around with friends family & relatives. Not seen the rooms. Probably next time.

The rooms are good. They clean each and every day as per your convenience, as per location surrounding area is silent not much crowded, behaviour of the desk is supporting they guide properly On the first floor the restaurant has a nice ambience, The food test was good and the service is too quick we like They treat you in a good manner to explore their special menu. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was a breeze. The staff were warm and welcoming and very accommodating, and did everything with a smile on their faces. Located in the middle of a bustling market, the property is clean and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was modern and functional. Housekeeping replenishes fruit juices and a few slices of tea cakes -- a small step that will bring a smile on the faces of their guests. The breakfast buffet was also decent -- breads, eggs, poori-bhaji, idli-sambar, garlic potatoes among other things on a rotating basis, with parathas if you want them. The dining room service staff were affable and very helpful as well.||All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Jamshedpur. Money well spent!

Very bad food. In yellow dal fry, raw vegetables & already cooked rice added to make it khichdi. Turmeric has a raw/kaccha flavor Vegetables uncooked More turmeric added in the dal so the rice & veggies will look having uniform yellow color. They are fooling customers. A roadside kitchen will offer better quality food than this shabby so called premium restaurant

Good place for common gathering, like seminar. Today participate in BEE - JAREDA Capacity building seminar on 6 March 2025.
