Room service is not upto the mark. Behaviour is borderline arrogant. Breakfast which was complimentary was absolutely pathetic. The Puri was so hard, it had to be broken with teeth. Will not recommend it at all.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the sakchi market. Where there everything is within the reach for your ease. The food quality and taste is really good but the cost is a little on the higher side. The behavior and service of the staffs was professional. And the availability of the lift is the added Cherry on the cake. I really enjoyed my stay for the 2 days.

I have stay here many times. Behaviour of all staffs and service is exceptional wel. They always try to provide all services which they can able to provide. Food is also good.

Very congested area, Shortage of staff, no one to carry your baggage to 4th floor where the hotels exists, NO Parking, You will get to keep your vehicle to park in front of your Hotel only after night 11.30 pm, for the time being keep it on the main road at the mercy of the Law enforcers, Rooms are good, Basic amenities supplied only after insistence !
