Rooms are good enough. But the food quality & quantity must be improve according to the price.

Bed sheet and blanket is dirty , washroom taps and all other fittings is rusted, towel is not available in the room. But yes one thing is very high and that is price they charge they are giving a star service .... overall the experience is worst

I stayed here for 1 day and loved it. The location is very nearby to station which is very convenient for travellers. The room was clean and decent. The food was quite good and they even managed to arrange food at very late hour in the night on my request. Check-in check-out process was also very smooth.

We stayed there for 1 night....Rooms,toilets and bedding items were clean...But very much unprofessional service..Denied towel for each boarder...even ran out of water for sometime..

I don't recomend this hotel for staying as the management is very strict on the rules and even the place is not too clean. Mark my words - "No co-operation from the hotel management" . They have a lot of rules and policies for their customers but none applies to them wrt cleaning, co-operation, etc. Dont get attracted by the photos of the room, the room you will get will be dirty and small in size. There are other good hotels near to this place, I recommend those hotels as there management is co-operative.

Very poor and pathetic place. The rooms were damp and suffocating. Booked executive rooms from make my trip but got some damp deluxe rooms. There was banging on the door by drunken men, whole night, hindering our sleep. The complimentary breakfast was supposed to be a buffet but actually we got some horrible tasteless bread-omellet after a wait for almost one hour. Towel, soap, shampoo were also missing and were not provided even after reapeated request. I would rate this hotel minus 1 and would not advice anyone to book the hotel. They even did not provide the hard copy of the bill.The location of this hotel is also in a congested dingy place.

If booked online then check out timing 9 am. If booked offline then check out timing 24 hours. If booked breakfast & Lunch/Dinner along with room then they allow only Rs.500/- for the breakfast & Lunch/Dinner. Have to pay the remaining amount if total crossed Rs. 500/-.

Excellent service provided, Mr. DK Sharma is very cooperative. I booked a super deluxe room, but due to some minor plumbing issues, water supply was interrupting sometimes, I just reported same to reception, then they have upgraded my room to premium suite standards. Thank you for the support from the hotel management.
