Came here with colleagues for a training. Quite good service , customer service also good. Ambience is great. The dining area is beautiful. Food experience is also good. Desserts were great. Overall really enjoying staying here. Only that rooms are a bit small. But not much problem with that.

The reception desk representative was very helpful. Breakfast itms were healthy and fresh. Stay was comfortable and good. Food quality was good. Overall hotel was maintained clean. Thank you. I will surely book next time as well and suggest colleagues.

I had a wonderful experience at Ginger Hotel, Bistupur. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained with all the essential amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect--right in the heart of Bistupur, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Everything is good. Experience was very good. The complimentary breakfast of buffet and live kitchen is best. Only one thing can be improved is the bed matress is too soft and it gets depressed when you sit or lie on it.

The staff cooperation is the highlight of Ginger. I had to stay here for almost a month because of work, and the staff ensured that during any problem we got a solution. Like in my case, i suddenly fell sick, as one often does when staying out of home for long. The staff prepared special light breakfast for me, customised to my needs. They always worked on our feedback. Bathrooms were clean and room was cleaned everyday, bedsheets changed. Politeness is a key factor in hospitality and staff members like Mithun, Prakash and Baldev were always very good with us. Would like to come and stay again!

Checked in today late evening around 7pm Check in experience was good and had finished my dinner at restaurant lobby level. Mr Akash Mandal RCL-staff attended me in restaurant , Akash is a fantastic guy. He suggested me Dal khichdi if I want to have light food. Then I ordered and I really want to thank the chef who made the wonderful dal khichdi.
