Hotel Guru Nanak Palace

Very poor..plz dont stay this hotel.service ke nam pr kuch nhi hai..im highly disappointed. Very bad . Old and dusty bedsheet . Blankit not cover.

My stay at Hotel Guru Nanak Palace was very disappointing. My room was unhygienic, with ashtray full of leftover cigarettes that made the entire room smell terrible, indicating that room cleaning was not done before welcoming new guests. The rooms were average, and there were constant voltage fluctuations, making it risky to charge our phones. The AC didn't have temperature controls, which added to the discomfort. The owner was money-minded and a bit rude, and the staff was equally unhelpful. While the food was good and the location near the Old bus stand was convenient, I cannot recommend this hotel to friends or family for a stay.

Budget friendly and professional staff with requisite amenities

Arrogance could be the most suitable synonym for the Hotel staffs. It seemed they are well trained to behave arrogantly with customers. Running hotel for 20 years doesn't mean you have the right to behave arrogantly. You ran your hotel this long just because of your customers, not because you are some hot shot guy. Learn from the reviews and try to improve your services.

"Hathi ke daant khane ke aur dikhane ke aur" exactly fits your rooms and service. Such a terrible experience in hospitality . Charges so much extra for such low grade rooms. The owner is rude, arrogant and regularly shouts at everyone. Such a stingy owner that he saves electricity for so small things. Switches off fans n light even if guests are there. Moreover the room condition is unhygienic, no change of bedsheets etc. Please refrain yourself from staying here.

Below average experience, cockroaches in rooms, unchanged bedsheets, unclean washrooms. The owner is very rude, you can hear him shouting to people on calls and if you complaint even on you.

A good hotel at a very prime location in hazaribagh i.e. just opposite of the old bus stand. You can find both AC and non AC rooms at a good price. The room was decent with basic facilities only. I went there for a wedding ceremony. There are two halls, one was for dinner buffet and the other used for the wedding ceremony. in the campus there is enough space for the parking so you don't worry about that.

I stayed in this hotel for two days in January and unfortunately, my experience was below average. While the location is great, the lack of room service was disappointing. Additionally, there were frequent power cuts during my stay, making it difficult to relax or work in the room. The lack of proper lighting in the room also added to the discomfort, as the room felt quite moist. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others if you're expecting a relaxing stay.
