SANJEEVNI HOTEL AND RESORTS

I recently visited this resort for brother's marriage. And services of the room was not so good. Air conditioners of some rooms was not working properly. Staff behaviour was also not good and not cooperative.

I recently stayed at Sanjeevani Resort in Godda, Jharkhand, and had a wonderful experience. The resort is located in a serene area, providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. The resort's restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a nice mix of local and continental dishes. The swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The resort also offers various recreational activities, making it a great place for families and groups. However, there is room for improvement in terms of Wi-Fi connectivity, Additionally, the resort is a bit far from the city center, so having your own transportation is advisable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Sanjeevani Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Godda.

Very bad experience. no proper time management for serving food during party. You have to wait 30 to 35 minutes for refilling of food pot ,after one lot. that means if rassogulla is finished in food pot then your guest have to wait at least 45 minute for proper complete meal. They even bypass your Cold Drinks ....... they only cheat . NEVER VISIT FOR ANY PARTY..... NEVER MEANS NEVER......

According to the vicinity and the crowd....i would give overall 4star but if i compare with the restaurant or Cafe's of NCR i would rate it 1 or 2 according to ambiance and service! But still I would appreciate as this is the nearby spot where we can enjoy cuisines

Management was not proper and the manager was using abusing words while we reached resort. He was serving with his own rule and even he was not afraid of the police complaints. First of all he don't let us do our functions for which were there. But they asked us for whole amount they also uses regional police for the same.also the policemen were also involved in this. My friend also got bitten by policemen to an extent that bleeding got started from his ear.again he was beaten with the PVC pipes by the policeman. And in front of police the resort owner was also abusing..got frustrated with this behavior of authority in jharkhand..

One of the best hotel in Godda, excellent location with all the amenities. Food is really good, hotel staff are doing their great job and their main aim is to give excellent services to the customers living in their hotel. Great thanks to all the staff over their excellent hospitality shown in every fields. Special thanks to Mr. Bikresh who is the head there. Also many thanks to Mr. Prashant Kumar for his graet behaviour and hospitality. Also many thanks to staff like Vinita Soren and Alka Mani for excellent job done. I will recommend this place whenever anyone stays in Godda. I also love to visit again. Thanks again.
