Hotel Vrindavan Palace

Poor experience. They offer complimentary breakfast and not many items are available. If we choose one item and give specific instructions, they fail to follow.. When asked about this, their staff mentions that it is a courtesy that the hotel offers to customers and they are not obligated.. First thing that the owner should be doing is to teach their staff on how to behave and talk to customers..!

This was maintained well before. Wonder what happened but rooms are dirty now. You will see no service. Water is turned off so that you dont use too much. Lot of Mosquitoes from bathroom ventilators. The mosquito repellent does not help. Bed linen is very dirty and old. Literally rough to touch as it has come to the point of tearing. Food is ok ok, but idli was stale while dosa was ok. Tv does not work because they did not bother to recharge tata sky account. Literally not a single plus. For giridih this deserves 2 stars and that is a generous rating.

It was our Second stay in the hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful! They never failed to assist us in any help that we needed.The room was comfortable and clean! The breakfast buffet options were good! And the food tasted great too! I would definitely return to this hotel again the next time i visit Giridih! Thank you everyone at Hotel vrindavan for the great experience!

Dined at the restaurant as part of family group for celebratory dinner. Did not stay in the hotel.||||The hotel and restaurant area was impeccably clean. Our group was promptly seated as prior reservations had been made. The appetizers were served hot and were tasty. The entrees were delicious and the serving size was sufficient. The staff exhibited professionalism and courtesy. ||||Overall fine family restaurant. Will definitely visit agin when in Giridih.

Room size is small and there is only one charging port available in the room. Food at restaurant is good but there is no non veg food available. I didn't found it impressive as they charge high for vegie food and only 2 waiters were available that leads to slow room service.

It's a good, comfortable place for staying for both couples and family. Service is good, the location is convinient and space for parking vehicles is available. Room are okay, quipped with necessary materials. Photos of which are given.. Price is a bit high than expected. Costed us 2k for a nightstay.
