Hotel Ashoka International

The hotel is located just beside the main road and easily accessible. It has underground parking facilities. I went to attend a conference which was arranged in this place. The conference room was located on the first floor and had all necessary facilities. Had my dinner also at this place. The menu was very good and the cooked food was delicious. The hotel staff were very polite, helpful and courteous. Overall a very good place in Giridih which is in close proximity to Giridih Railway Station.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that essential amenities were non-functional. The air conditioning in the room was completely broken, leaving it stifling and uncomfortable in the humid weather. To make matters worse, the lift was also out of order.||The lack of attention to basic services was appalling. Housekeeping was seemingly non-existent, What was most disturbing and frankly, criminal, was that some of the hotel staff were involved in stealing belongings from banquet hall. This breach of trust and security is utterly unacceptable and left us feeling vulnerable and violated.||The overall management of this establishment is clearly incompetent, allowing such fundamental issues to persist and fostering an environment where theft can occur. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for accommodation. This hotel is not only inconvenient and uncomfortable but also poses a serious risk to the safety and security of your possessions. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would rate it a zero out of five stars if that were an option. Avoid at all costs.

The rooms were neat, clean, and surprisingly spacious, but overall experience was disappointing. Check-in and check-out were very slow, and the staff, including the front desk, waiters, and servers, lacked even basic hospitality etiquette. It didn't feel welcoming at all. Despite the quality of the room itself, the poor service standards left a negative impression. Another big drawback is the location. The hotel is on a busy road, and constant traffic noise makes it hard to relax. Overall rooms are good, the unprofessional service and noisy surroundings make it a place I wouldn't recommend. There are definitely better options (hotel orbitz) if you're looking for a comfortable stay with decent service.

Just walked out of the restaurant right now Was intending to stay but the service staff was extremely confused and late Cost 100 for a salad ( simple salad nothing fancy) Took 40 minutes to deliver that To be noted, service will be given to you as per their conception not your requirement Utterly bitter experience

This hotel was a disaster. Non functional AC, constantly out-of-service lift, and I suspect staff theft. Housekeeping was MIA during a party. Absolutely avoid! Even staff of the hotels are also careless and rude. Never book this hotel for any functions.

My experience was very bad. The TV was not working, there was no handwash and even the wifi only gave 34 mb free. We have to wait 1 hr in the restraunt for food and an arrogant answer from them when they were late. The buffet was not worth it.

Their service is good but they will never serve your food on time..order at least 45 mins before your meal

Would rather prefer a thela than the restaurant service they provide. Late, unwilling and chaotic restaurant service
