OYO HOTEL SOUTH INN

I have booked from OYO on 10th October 2024. Rooms are very small. Only 2-3 big rooms are available which they used to keep for direct booking (cash). Completely different from online pictures Very pathetic experience. Oyo customer care team has only said they can cancel and refund the amount after registering a complain but other hotes were full at that time so I had to stay there for 1 night. They used to take booking from outside and do not update in online applications. Results, they return people in case all rooms are full. I have seen few people were returned by saying no rooms are available even after their prepaid booking through MMT. It was around 9pm and they were completely helpless. I am sharing contact number of the hotel. Please confirm from them after online booking else you may have to suffer.

They take booking showing the picture of hotel. But when you reach the hotel they give very bad room in another guest house. We booked this hotel through oyo app, and when we reached there we are given a third class room and we denied to stay there. But he said then he cancel the booking and no refund will be given. Don't book this hotel. Fortunately, I got the refund from OYO customer service team. I attached the photos of the room which they gave.

Worst place to stay with family. Staffs are not friendly and rooms not hygienic at all..avoid staying there at all costs
